It's Official!
Anyone can brag about quitting their job and moving to a foriegn country for six months. But it's never really official until the tickets are bought. Well, guess what. WE HAVE TICKETS!!!

Jessica Lee MiraldiRio is one hour ahead of DC, so that is a 14 hour flight not 15. But still...14 hours on a plane?! Sheesh...

EDIT: I just double checked the time zone information. Rio is GMT -3:00, which is three hours ahead of Central Time and two hours ahead of Eastern Time. This makes our flight from DC to Rio 13 hours, not 14. What a relief...

Whoa! And I thought 7 hours to Ireland was bad! Try to SLEEP as much as possible, drink plenty of water, and I always take a spritz bottle of Body Shop's Vitamin E spray [sprayed in the face it revitalizes, wakes you up, etc., and on the arms it's hydrating...]. Best of luck to you both. Can't wait to read more.
